Earlier this week, DHC Executive Director Debbie Harper visited UP for Women and Children to deliver backpacks full of personal hygiene supplies for the families who use their facility. Co-founder Amy Meredith is pictured accepting donations. DHC will be collecting blankets in November to deliver to the UP facility as well.
