Doctors for Healthy Communities delivered Panera bagels/breakfast to Backside Learning Center at Churchill Downs (BLC) and J.O. Blanton House on the morning of Thursday, May 12 as part of Panera’s Day-End Dough-Nation Program.

This program by Panera allows DHC to share bread and pastries that weren’t sold the previous day with local non-profit organizations, low-income housing, and shelters. Thank you to Panera for selecting DHC to be a part of this program. To learn more about how this initiative got started, click here.
