Doctors for Healthy Communities volunteers delivered school supplies to Ashland Elementary School Principal John Moore & Ms. Dionne Jermeia Family Resource Coordinator on March 12th, 2021. These supplies will be used by children in preparation for incoming in person classes during the COVID19 pandemic.
Ashland Elementary School is part of Fayette County Public Schools and is located at 195 N. Ashland Ave., Lexington, KY 40502. Its vision is as follows:

Doctors for Healthy Communities (DHC) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to improving the health and well-being of the community. It’s goals are community outreach with volunteer activities, creating education opportunities and health equity.
