Doctors for Healthy Communities (DHC) and Association of Physicians of Pakistani descent of North America (APPNA) continued delivering some of the “COVID-19 wishlist supplies” and gently used clothes for children on June 15th, 2020 to Sherry Stanley, Executive Director, The Backside Learning Center at Churchill Downs, Louisville, KY.
The Backside Learning Center is an independent, non-profit organization building community and enriching the lives of equine workers and their families at Churchill Downs racetrack. They strive to be the model organization, empowering equine workers and their families to thrive while providing the educational opportunities and resources they need to empower themselves and their children.
